Account Closure or Suspension

Deposit Rules

Wagering Conditions

To withdraw any bonus funds, a total wager of 10 times the bonus amount must be placed (10x wagering). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.

Bonus Abuse

If gbazee finds evidence of bonus abuse or fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

General Betting Policy

Once a bet on the gbazee platform is considered final, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Users must ensure the correct amount and selection before placing a bet, as this is their own responsibility.

Errors and Technical Issues

gbazee is not liable for events caused by system errors, disconnections, or any other technical reasons. gbazee reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or payouts.

Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events follows the policies below:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change according to match conditions.
• Bets will be settled after results are announced.
• In the case of any disputed result, gbazee's decision is final.

VIP Tiers and Benefits

gbazee offers a four-tier VIP programme for users, where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
